Be Brave: Create Hope

Join Richard Garay and the Journey Crew in creating hope by designing and crafting inspirational and encouraging cards for our first ever Be Brave: Create Hope Card drive.


In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month, Fun Stampers Journey has partnered with local organizations that support and give hope to women currently battling breast cancer, their families and support system.

Last holiday season Richard Garay, designed the Be Brave stamp set in efforts to support not just breast cancer awareness but also to acknowledge the bravery and perseverance of the patients affected by this illness and the family and friends who stand by their side. Richard lost his cousin, Sandra, in June of 2014 to breast cancer.  He dedicates this stamp set to her and the many women who have been on that journey.

In 2014, I experienced the loss of my cousin to breast cancer. This life-changing event inspired me to create a stamp set called “Be Brave,” not only to celebrate the memory of my cousin, but also to encourage and support those caregivers providing care to those diagnosed with breast cancer.
