Scraps of Fun

For this project we are discovering a fun, festive way to use up scraps! This card was inspired by quilt making, but since it can be a pretty time consuming process we decided to turn some color cardstock!  This quilt look is easy to do by pairing up your scraps with the new Punch Handle and Square Punch!
